As a NOW Finance Late-Stage Collections Officer, you will play a pivotal role in liaising with our valued customers, providing excellent customer service and finding the best solution for them.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound and inbound collection calls in high volumes
- Successfully identify customers experiencing financial hardship
- Identify and recommend customers for alternative Collection activities, e.g. hardship, repossessions, field calls, legal action, etc.
- Conduct investigations and skip-tracing
- Take end-to-end accountability for accounts assigned to you
- Understand and comply with all regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and integrity

**Key Attributes & Experience**
- Experience in a collections environment assisting and responding to those in debt
- Skip tracing experience and a knowledge of skip tracing tools is desired
- Experience in a customer service environment either over the phone or face to face, in a values-based organisation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Solutions-focused and the ability to make decisions to resolve a customer’s financial situation
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, negotiate, handle multiple priorities and manage expectations
