**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who can assist with the day to day running of the venue. Lead and co-ordinate shift by adding their efforts and talent. Must have a genuine passion for quality customer service and be self motivated to succeed.

**Skills and experience**

Your duties will include all areas in the daily running of the restaurant;
- Managing shift
- Ordering & stock control
- Co-ordinating functions and maintaining ResDiary reservations system
- Training & development of staff
- Delegate & communicate well with co-workers
- cash-up procedures
- Be hands on & lead by example
- Display excellent customer service skills
- Take initiative in a fast paced environment
- Deal with complaints & negative issues in an extremely professional manner
- Problem solving
- Quality control
- Wine knowledge
- Clean, organised & always positive
- Report directly to the venue manager

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
