Are you looking for a workplace that is passionate about customer service and creating great experiences for customers? The Fancy Hank’s Group is seeking a **front-of-house supervisor**to lead the charge in delivering our hospitality across our venues.

Our venues include Fancy Hank’s, a long-standing BBQ institution, Good Heavens, a bustling rooftop cocktail bar and Springrock, a modern pub serving counter-meals. We are specifically looking out for talents to work across Fancy Hank's and Springrock, in a food-focused restaurant and pub environment.

**The person we’re looking for has**:

- A great work ethic
- The ability to work within a tight-knit team
- Excellent communication skills
- A documented history of stable employment (required)
- The ability to work in Australia, without restrictions (required)
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or customer service focused environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Passion and interest in food and people
- Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktail recipes and techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic accounting principles
- Excellent people management skills
- Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations, as well as liquor licensing laws.
- Full time availability and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the establishment's operating hours.
- RSA Certificate (required)
