**Position**: Experienced Restaurant Floor Supervisor (Full Time Only)
**Location**: Melbourne CBD
**Working Hours**: 2:00pm - 12:00am
**Salary**: Starting from $60,000 per year

**Benefits**: Dinner provided daily

We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Restaurant Floor Supervisor** to join our premium seafood buffet team at Crab 89.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years’ experience** in a restaurant manager or supervisor role.
- Proven ability to provide professional, friendly, and attentive service.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to organise and maintain stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
- Competence in creating and managing staff rosters.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Able to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent English skills (both written and verbal).
