Our client is one of Melbourne's hospitality leaders with plenty of projects on the horizon, to say they are expanding is understatement. Their customers enjoy incredible specials, moorish food and hand crafted cocktails. This restaurant is not for the faint hearted.

As the supervisor the role consist of supervise and run operations of the restaurant. To train colleagues to the art of fine dining service, have substantial F&B knowledge in order to upsell and describe menu items, manage staff in conjunction with Restaurant Manager. Handle complaints and be person responsible in absence of senior managers.

The business is looking for a leader who is serious about restaurant operations and has the desire to move on up with a group in the near future.

We want to connect with leaders of all levels who have experience in fully serviced restaurants or venues.
