**The Role**

Previous experience in formal or casual dining restaurant, whether as Restaurant Supervisor or Bar Supervisor. As a dynamic and energetic Hospitality professional -you will collaborate and assist the Restaurant Manager and Managing Director in the Front of House operation ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and aligned with company’s vision and value. A strong knowledge in Mixology and beverage operation is essential. You will provide and influence a personalized memorable dining experience by showing a genuine interest in the needs and preferences of the customers and delivering these in a passionate and confident manner.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Through hands on management, supervise closely the restaurant service associates in the performance of their duties in accordance with operational concept and standard
- In depth knowledge in cocktail preparation and delivery.
- Able to participate in associate development by assisting in training of staff in cocktail making and beverage operation.
- Able to work under pressure, manage competing demands and respond effectively to challenges
- Delegate appropriately, duties and responsibilities to equipped and resourced associates, nurturing and developing them whilst ensuring standards of operation and safety are maintained.
- To assist in effective payroll control through effective job task allocation and workflow coordination.

- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate issued in Victoria.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Familiar with wine styles and grape varieties and other beverage items
- Minimum 2 years work experience in similar role in a busy restaurant with good standards

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
