We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and continue our tradition of excellence in customer service and fine dining.

**Position Overview**: As a Restaurant Supervisor at Rare Steakhouse **town, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant. You will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house team, maintaining the highest level of service standards, and contributing to an unforgettable dining experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**: Oversee daily operations, ensuring proper staffing levels, smooth table turnovers, and an efficient workflow. Act as a point of contact for the team and customers during service hours.
- **Staff management**: Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house staff to provide exceptional customer service. Ensure that all team members are well-informed about the menu and service standards.
- **Team leadership and Development**: Support the ongoing training and development of staff.
- **Customer Service and Guest Satisfaction**: Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Address customer concerns and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the quality and presentation of food and beverages meet Rare Steakhouse's high standards. Monitor and address any issues promptly and professionally.
- **Inventory management**:assist management team in maintaining stock including, ordering, stocktakes, invoices etc.
- **Reservation Management**: Coordinate and confirm reservations, manage walk-in guests, and assist with seating arrangements.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all health and safety regulations, as well as Rare Steakhouse's policies and procedures, are adhered to by the staff and guests.
- **Team leadership and Development**: Support the ongoing training and development of staff.
- **Qualifications**:

- Hospitality experience necessary. Prior experience in a similar position is not obligatory, however, determination to progress in the industry is essential.

Pay: $49,243.63 - $74,037.72 per year
