**Your new role**

As the Manager, Workplace Relations you are responsible for three functions: payroll, performance and conduct and workplace relations, including enterprise bargaining.

The role will see you lead and support a high performing team, to support the workforce manage complex and non-complex employment matters and improve the employment framework.
