**About the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations**

**The Role**
As an APS5, you will use your finance and data analysis skills and experience to support the team in activities related to the management of the ICT charging framework and cost model, as well as across our customer engagement function.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
We are seeking a curious and motivated financial analyst with an interest in technology and a focus on customer service and stakeholder engagement.
As a member of the Customer Management and Financial Modelling team, you’ll play a key role in:
- Completing monthly processes to assist with uploading of key data into our IT costing toolset,
- Reviewing data to identify changing trends or discrepancies,
- Liaising with internal teams and our client agencies, to obtain advice and provide information relating to the services our client agencies consume from the department.
The section is responsible for:
- Managing Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with agencies we deliver ICT Services to (our client agencies),
- Liaising with our client agencies to provide advice and resolve issues relating to the services they receive,
- Managing the Division’s Cost Model and Charging Framework for the IT services we provide to other government agencies,
- Managing the division’s IT costing toolset,
- Overseeing communication planning, messaging and channel management for Technical and Services Division (TSD)’s services,
- Providing ongoing maintenance of the Department’s Corporate Services Catalogue.
