**The Role**
The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations requires an experienced Scrum Master to work with Agile delivery teams to deliver data development and analytics based projects.

The Scrum Master will work closely with data reporting teams to contribute to the successful delivery of projects within the Data Management and Reporting Branch. Projects commonly involve developing and refining reporting products including static and interactive data dashboards to meet the needs of stakeholders in program management and policy roles. The Scrum Master will be embedded into the Data Management team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the APS Level 6 include:

- Maintain and improve upon the existing Microsoft Azure DevOps infrastructure for the branch.
- Run sprint opens and closures, ensuring accurate recording of tasks and reporting on progress.
- Host sprint retrospectives, recording feedback and resulting action items.
- Coach branch members in the Agile framework.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Guide teams to higher scrum maturity.
