Having recently won Bartender Bar Awards Best Brewery Bar, we are looking for a Venue Manager to join the team and build on this success. The Molly Rose home base on Wellington street is all at once a brewery, restaurant, beer garden and bar. We open our doors to provide inclusive experiences for all guests from our amazing kitchen, house distilled spirits and seemingly unlimited beer options to a wide range of guests.
The Role
We’re seeking a Venue Manager who shares our passion for exceptional customer experiences and outstanding food and drink. You should love both spreadsheets and systems as much as you love people and service. Your responsibilities will include maintaining healthy budgets and delivering inspired service while ensuring a safe and welcoming work environment. You’ll report directly to the owner and collaborate closely with the kitchen, marketing, and production teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and boost profitability.
What We’re Looking For
- Several years of experience in a similar role
- A strong passion for customer experience
- An appreciation for great food and drink
- The ability to devise solutions to challenges and swiftly execute new ideas
- Experience managing, training, and upskilling staff
