Store Manager – Hifi Sandwiches (Collingwood)
We're on the hunt for a hands-on Store Manager to run the shop window at Hifi Sandwiches – a busy daytime spot on Smith Street by the crew behind Terror Twilight. Known for our fun, produce-driven food and specialty coffee, we're looking for someone experienced, organised, and passionate about both coffee and people.
About the role:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the shop window
- Deliver excellent coffee and warm, genuine customer service
- Maintain systems, standards, and a positive workplace culture
- Drive consistency and efficiency across the venue
- Work closely with the wider team while confidently running shifts independently
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years barista experience (confident and efficient on the machine)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a café or hospitality venue
- A strong passion for coffee, food, and customer experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive work ethic and the ability to thrive under pressure
