Store Manager – Hifi Sandwiches (Collingwood)

We're on the hunt for a hands-on Store Manager to run the shop window at Hifi Sandwiches – a busy daytime spot on Smith Street by the crew behind Terror Twilight. Known for our fun, produce-driven food and specialty coffee, we're looking for someone experienced, organised, and passionate about both coffee and people.

About the role:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the shop window
  • Deliver excellent coffee and warm, genuine customer service
  • Maintain systems, standards, and a positive workplace culture
  • Drive consistency and efficiency across the venue
  • Work closely with the wider team while confidently running shifts independently

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years barista experience (confident and efficient on the machine)
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a café or hospitality venue
  • A strong passion for coffee, food, and customer experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive work ethic and the ability to thrive under pressure
