At HIFI, we're looking for someone who can accentuate our company's exceptional service standards through a takeout setting. Our Venue Manager (Minimum 1 year barista experience) at HIFI COLLINGWOOD will be experienced, passionate, possess a strong work ethic, and have the ability to work independently to deliver the ultimate customer experience.
- Location - Smith St, Collingwood
- This is a full time hourly position - 5 days a week (no nights).

This role offers the opportunity to:

- Be responsible for a small FOH team of likeminded individuals
- Be responsible for customer service operations
- Elevate a venue beyond its current status through a focus on community and creative expression
- Write your own roster
- Drive and maintain standards and systems within the venue
- Be a part of a growing hospitality group who strives to cultivate leaders in the industry

You’ll be perfect for this role if you have:

- A passion for coffee and hospitality
- At least one year experience in a barista role
- The ability to work independently on the coffee machine
- A passion for creating the ultimate customer experience
- A strong work ethic

Preferred, but not mandatory:

- An interest in hospitality as a career
- Experience using Lightspeed
- Head barista or Venue Management experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs
