Qualifications & experience
- Passionate about our team and their work.
- At least TWO years of experience in a similar role.
- Ideally have a passion for staff's development and customer service.
- Robust cocktail and premium beverage knowledge.
- Experience with a high-volume kitchen venue.
- Looking to further your career and progress within our rapidly growing company.
- Understanding that the role will require a range of different shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Have a keen eye for detail
