**Operations Manager**

**Steel Workshop**

TRS Resourcing is sourcing and screening an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager for our client's steel workshop and onsite installation work.

This is a full-time Permanent position: Salary $110,000 + Super & Bonuses

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

- Experience in steel stair building would be highly preferred
- Oversee and lead a team of Draftspeople, Tradespeople, Trade-assistants, and sub-contractors on site and in the workshop
- Strong commitment to quality and safety
- Highly developed communication and client relationship management skills
- Schedule and coordinate on-site and workshop resources
- Monitor divisional administration, including approval of timesheets, invoicing and ordering of materials

**To be considered for this position, you must be able to provide the following**:

- Reference contact details of two past employers
- Based already in Melbourne, Victoria.
- Hold the correct right to work in Australia
- Forklift License (Desirable)
