About the Role:
Our incredible Fundraising team have a brand new position for a permanent full time Business Performance Manager to join their Blackburn, Melbourne office (with hybrid working arrangements).
Reporting directly to the
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Fundraising national performance framework by supporting the development and delivery of key operational activities for the whole Fundraising department
- Facilitate and deliver departmental plans by leveraging performance insights and analytics, therefore supporting leadership business decisions, to ensure strategic objectives are achieved
- Support the budget and forecast processes for the Fundraising department
- Ongoing Blackbaud CRM support, leading the end to end support of the platform whilst ensuring future benefits are realised
- Contributing to the growth and development of the Performance and CRM integrity team
- Exceptional operational and CRM risk identification, management and mitigation and the ongoing pursuit of leading risk management for Fundraising
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or other related discipline/experience
- Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Operational and business planning plus implementation
- Budget management and planning
- Stakeholder engagement and negotiation at senior levels
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance environment for charities
- Blackbaud CRM experience / knowledge is highly regarded
