**Your Organisation**
This not-for-profit organisation, offering key support services to the community it supports, have an immediate opportunity for a Facilities Manager, based in the Blackburn region. You will be joining a supportive team who have a passion for the community it supports through providing information, advice and support services (including residential).

**Your Role**
Reporting into the Senior Leadership team, this role is key to the operations of the sites the organisation provide to its community - operating multiple sites across 4 states. The role will manage the day to day delivery of the facilities function ensuring the facilities meet the needs of the community using them.

Responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing building maintenance and support services such as cleaning, catering, hospitality, security or parking
- Ensuring buildings function smoothly throughout their operational life
- Inputting into the design stages of a project and identifying future maintenance issues
- Liaising with clients and contractors including service delivery contract management
- Managing facilities for the specialist disability accommodations
- Ensuring buildings meet health and safety and energy efficiency standards and meet the needs of the user
- Managing the Capex budgets and cost account reporting

**Your Profile**

You will be an experienced Facilities Manager ideally within the disability, NDIS, Health sector and have a wealth of stakeholder management experience. You will be self driven, be experienced managing multiple sites and managing direct reports. You will be passionate, energetic and team focused, working together towards a collective goal. This is a 6 month contract role, with the potential of something longer term although not guaranteed.
