We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on **Production Manager** to lead our team in Melbourne’s north eastern suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your baking career with a highly respected multi-site operator.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the bakery’s production schedule to meet daily customer demand
- Bake and present high-quality products to brand standards
- Lead, train, and develop the production team
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
- Create and manage staff rosters efficiently
- Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with food safety and operational audits (5-Star standards)

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Qualified Baker** with trade certification
- Prior experience in a production management or team leadership role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings (from 2am)
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Availability to work on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends
