Let Bowltiful Do It is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, expand market share and enhance customer retention. We are looking for a talented and creative individual to help us grow and drive the business forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct market research to assess the demand for new products and services, gather and analyse relevant market data and statistics, and identify opportunities to inform future marketing activities.
- Coordinate the execution of advertising campaigns, including artwork design, copywriting, media scripting, and other specialised tasks, ensuring timely and budget
- compliant delivery.
- Develop and execute marketing objectives and strategies to support business growth, promoting brand awareness and customer retention through targeted campaigns.
- Provide expert advice on product mix, pricing strategies, advertising and promotional activities, sales tactics, and distribution channels to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Advise senior management and clients on advertising and marketing strategies, helping the brand effectively reach its target market and enhance consumer recognition.
- Analyse consumer behaviour patterns and preferences, interpret and forecast market trends, and ensure the alignment of product and service marketing with consumer needs.
- Identify potential market opportunities through market research and propose tailored advertising campaigns and marketing strategies to enhance the market penetration of the company's products,
- Plan, develop, organise advertising policies and campaigns for each brand to support overall company sales objectives.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree minimum; postgraduate degree preferred.
- Over 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in at least one data analysis and visualisation software (Power BI, Tableau, Domo etc.)
- A solid understanding of both Chinese and Australian cultures.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to deliver high quality work.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry, with a willingness to learn and grow in this field.
- Having knowledge of Chinese Culture and other culture is a plus (especially with insights into Chinese and Western Cuisine)
