About Us
imageseven is a marketing communications firm servicing the education sector in Australia and around the globe. As leaders, and regular award-winners, in the education marketing space, we partner with some of the country's top educational institutions to create amazing outcomes for our clients.

We're quite different to what you might have experienced before. Our work here is interesting, we work collaboratively together, and we are a team that genuinely cares about each other. We balance work and life and at the end of our work day we head home, on time, to our families and other personal commitments. It's the perfect place for those who are keen to grow their careers but want the balance and flexibility to manage their life as well.

We were recognised as an outstanding place to work by AIM WA, finishing as a finalist in the 2023 Pinnacle Awards for the Gerard Daniels Human Resource Management Excellence Award.

About The Role
It's a great time to be part of the imageseven team. We're in the midst of growth with plenty of exciting projects on the go. To support us in our next phase, we are now looking for a Marketing and Communications Specialist (Marcom Specialist) to help us achieve our mission of reinventing how schools attract, enrol and retain students – because every family deserves to find the right school for them and their future.

In this role, you'll be based within one of Sydney's best-known schools as part of our internal embedded team, working closely with the school's staff and imageseven colleagues to deliver high-quality campaigns and communications that elevate the school's brand and community engagement.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Preparing high-quality written communications such as newsletters, brochures, reports and briefing documents.
  • Planning, managing and implementing marketing campaigns and brand strategies.
  • Overseeing non-media communications, including video, promotions, stakeholder updates and events.
  • Monitoring media, managing media schedules, and responding to media inquiries.
  • Coordinating project plans, budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Liaising with suppliers and partners to deliver campaigns effectively.
  • Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for account development.
  • Managing internal administration including timesheets, reporting, and project tracking.

If you haven't had exposure to all of the above yet, don't worry — you'll learn here.

About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive, client-focused and thrives in a collaborative environment.

You Will Bring

  • Minimum of three years' experience in a marketing agency (B2B or education focus) or three years' experience managing in-house marketing communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience across a range of communications channels and consulting services.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • A tertiary qualification in a related field.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.

What We Offer

  • Great team, culture and working environment.
  • Be part of a business that is rapidly growing, with interesting work and projects.
