Our Customer Engagement division is essential for growing the business and includes business development, social impact, customer service, digital services and marketing and communications.

**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Executive Manager, Marketing and Communications; and working closely with the Business Development team, you will be responsible for building The Y Victoria’s corporate brand reputation. In this role your key audiences will be key decision makers in the local government, schools and community sectors. Responsibilities include:

- B2G and B2B reputation management across multiple channels including owned media; paid media; industry events and publications.
- Participation in workshops and working groups contributing to the strategic planning and development of tenders; including the development of all content related to positioning and marketing
- Provide regular plans and reports to key sector leadership and stakeholders
- Managing and working with our internal marketing, digital and communications teams as well as specialist agencies to deliver corporate brand plans

This is a full time position where you’ll have a hybrid working model, between working from home, our State Office in Box Hill. The remuneration for this role is $128,300 plus super

**About You**
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to successfully influence and negotiate
- Previous experience in a similar role managing corporate brand reputation ideally in a similar sector
- Demonstrated experience in strategic marketing and campaign planning, with an understanding of B2B channel planning and execution
- Project management experience including managing budgets, prioritising tasks and time management
- Previous experience within local government, NFP or NGO sector would be highly advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Project Management (or a degree or post-graduate qualification that demonstrates similar skills) desirable.
