With a strong reputation and growing demand, we’re now looking for an experienced and confident **Sales & Marketing Specialist** to help drive our growth through meaningful B2B relationships and strong digital marketing execution.

**About the Role**

We’re seeking a results-driven professional with **at least 5 years of experience in both Sales and Marketing**, including social media and digital platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This role requires someone who thrives on building new relationships, creating opportunities, and communicating value in a compelling way.

You’ll work from our **Box Hill office**, with regular in-person outreach and occasional travel to meet with real estate agents across Melbourne. The role is **part-time to start**, with **potential to grow into a full-time position** as the business expands.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across social media platforms
- Connect with real estate agents and other B2B clients across Melbourne
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate professionals
- Manage content creation, social media posts, and campaign calendars
- Attend local meetings and networking events to generate new leads
- Track and follow up with leads using our CRM tools
- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine sales and promotional materials

**Who We’re Looking For**

**Minimum 5 years’ experience** in sales and marketing roles
Strong understanding of social media for business marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident networker who loves meeting new people and building rapport
Well-organised and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from the office
Melbourne-based with a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
