Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts in promoting sustainable solar solutions. You will play a vital role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to advance our mission of promoting renewable energy adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, and print, to promote solar energy solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
- Analyze marketing data and campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Manage SV Solar’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement, with a focus on sustainability advocacy.
- Support event planning and execution for promotional activities, community outreach, and trade shows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners to foster collaboration and brand advocacy.
- Stay updated on renewable energy trends and innovations to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive and forward-thinking.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (required).
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the renewable energy or technology sector.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics tools, and content creation best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Residency in the Moreton Bay area is preferred to enhance collaboration and community engagement.
