About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist based at our Chester Hill location, you will be crucial in building the Goodworks Projects brand (including subsidiary brands) and driving our marketing strategy. This includes planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing our website and social media presence, coordinating in-house content, and supporting the launch of our new showroom. You will work closely with directors, stakeholders, and industry partners to plan, budget, and execute strategies that generate leads and clients. Relationship management with suppliers, designers, real estate agents, clients, shopping mall management and other related parties is also a key part of the role. Additionally, you will identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the client base and strengthen partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Marketing Strategy & Execution**: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, both online and offline, to promote Goodworks Projects’ services and upcoming showroom.
- **Showroom Promotion**: Coordinate and implement marketing efforts for the showroom launch, including organizing events, creating promotional content, and managing digital and physical marketing materials.
- **Content Creation & Coordination**: Oversee the creation of engaging in-house content such as blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials. Liaise with video and photo content creators to produce high-quality assets for campaigns.
- **Website Development & Maintenance**:Manage the company’s website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, optimized for SEO, and accurately reflects the brand. Regularly update content and ensure seamless user experience.
- **Social Media Management**:Lead the social media strategy, managing daily posts, engaging with followers, and building an active online community around Goodworks Projects.
- **SEO & Digital Ads**:Optimize the company’s website for search engines and manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to drive visibility and lead generation.
- **Campaign Coordination**: Coordinate all aspects of marketing campaigns, from planning and content creation to execution and reporting. Ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with company goals.
- **Data Analysis**:Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve future strategies. Track KPIs to measure success and refine efforts.
- **Market Research & Competitive Analysis**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform marketing initiatives and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Client & Partner Engagement**: Foster relationships with existing and potential clients and industry partners, including suppliers, designers, real estate agents, supermarkets, and shopping malls. Build and maintain strong connections that support business growth.
- **Collaboration with Directors & Stakeholders**: Work closely with the directors and key stakeholders to plan, budget, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that generate leads and attract clients.
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including expanding the client base and exploring new partnership possibilities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure that marketing strategies align with overall company objectives and project timelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in a marketing related role.
- **Marketing Expertise**:Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and website maintenance. Experience with SEO, paid digital advertising, and analytics tools is essential.
- **Creative & Strategic Thinking**:Ability to develop and implement creative marketing ideas that align with business objectives.
- **Project Management**: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, from website maintenance to campaign execution, while meeting deadlines.
