We are on the search for a dynamic and motivated Sales Team Leader to join our thriving organisation This role’s primary function is to provide support to the Sales Team. As a key member of the Sales Leadership team the responsibilities for this role include:

- Achieving and exceeding sales performance, productivity, quality assurance and customer engagement KPI’s
- Being a part of the recruitment process and on-boarding new hires
- 1-1 coaching and mentoring of direct reports
- Supporting career development of direct reports
- Leadership and Operational Support

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 years experience as a Team Leader, obtained from a Business Insurance Industry and in possession of ANZIIF Tier 1 and Tier 2 qualifications
- Strategic thinking - implementing and aligning sales team with BizCover strategy.
- Communication - excellent communicator to all audiences.
- Team Building/Culture - ability to build teams and improve team working both virtually and physically.
- Negotiating - excellent negotiating skills both internally and externally.
- Resilience - ability to ‘bounce back’ and maintain professionalism in difficult situations.
- Develop People - expertise in developing people of all levels and experience, build and understand capability and career frameworks.
- Change Management - ability to drive change through the business as well as coach others on change management capability
