The Role

We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Sales Team Leader to drive results and build a high-performing team. You will:

  • Lead, coach, and hold the team accountable to KPIs and outcomes
  • Drive revenue growth with structured, proven sales frameworks
  • Build consistency and efficiency across the entire sales cycle
  • Accurately report on pipeline, conversion, and performance
  • Partner with management to align sales with business growth targets
  • Play a key role in our international expansion strategy
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years' sales experience, including 2+ years leading a team
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong organisational skills and discipline in process execution
  • Confidence in managing performance and lifting underperformers
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on results
  • Passion for sport or travel (a bonus, but not essential)
