Uplift Sales are a lead generation/sales agency who help technology clients generate qualified leads through sales outreach. We believe in creating a transparent and rewarding environment for sales people to work and thrive.

Training/guidance/data/tooling etc on how to be successful will be provided. We promote a flexible and open working environment and are looking for someone to be with us long term.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold call into target accounts and book qualified appointments
- Research, engage and qualify leads

**Qualifications**:
This position requires an ambitious self-starter and someone that can effectively outbound prospect and qualify opportunities.
- preferably experience in sales development, preferably in technology
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Demonstrated success in prospecting
- High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
