**About you**

As our French-Speaking CRM Coordinator, you'll be the bridge between our players and the wonders of our platform. You'll harness the power of your French language skills to deliver exceptional customer support, build lasting relationships, and keep our players coming back for more. You'll dive into the world of CRM, designing personalized campaigns, and implementing strategies to keep our players engaged, entertained, and fully immersed in the fun of the world's largest crypto casino and sportsbook platform.
You will join a creative and collaborative team of CRM Coordinators who speak a multitude of languages supporting our global customer base. The languages our team supports include; French, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Turkish, Chinese, Korean and Russian. You will work alongside these colleagues and bring passion and flair to your work. You will be a team player with the ability to work with people from other departments, you will have experience in retention marketing and have an eye for detail, enhancing the experience of customers through top-line communication.

Our products are used by millions of people around the world including Drake and Sergio Agüero You’ll see our logos in the Premier League, the UFC, the F1 and advocated by e-gamers and in a number of other sporting stadiums and arenas.
The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 20 to 200+ team members. Whilst the products that we build are global, the majority of the team sits in Melbourne at our Australian headquarters in the heart of the CBD where we have 4 amazing offices in the same building with all the bells and whistles you could ever want. Including an in-house barista, pool and table tennis tables, PS5 and Nintendo Switches, a meditation room, a help yourself drinks fridge and snack wall, catered breakfast daily, weekly massages and pub lunches.
**Requirements**:
**What You'll Do**:
- Coordinate all French-based communication and content to enhance the user experience and stages of the player lifecycle
- Recommend and develop optimal plans for delivery of campaign, campaign format and campaign platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate
- Enhance player lifetime value, reduce churn and implement relevant CRM strategy in the French market
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when
- Work closely with the acquisition team to maximise the growth of campaigns in the French market, as well as the company's vision to launch into this new market.
- Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our player base
- Develop and implement effective CRM strategies and campaigns to enhance player engagement and retention.
- Act as the voice of our French-speaking players, advocating for their needs, wants, and desires.
**What You Bring**:
- Retention marketing knowledge
- Passionate team player with the ability to work with colleagues across departments
- Fluency in French is a must You'll be our communication superstar for our French-speaking customers.
- You have experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized. You know how to prioritize, and you consider the broader implications of your actions on the projects you participate in.
- You can manage complexity and progress with several tasks at a time.
**Desirable qualifications**
- Familiarity with EDM & other CRM marketing tools is desirable
- Gambling and sports knowledge would be highly regarded
