**The Opportunity**:
In this newly created role, you will be central to the success of the organisation's roll out, engagement and use of our new CRM system. You will take ownership and focus on continuous improvement of the CRM capability, with a key focus on data integrity of the platform.

You will also work closely with the Head of Brand, Marketing and Communications and the CRM project team to improve our client experience using the CRM, and support our evolving integrated marketing technology stack.

**You will**:

- Lead development and continuous improvement of our new CRM built on MS Dynamics 365 platform
- Drive data gathering and cleansing of essential contact information from various sources across the business for migration into the platform
- Manage the governance of client data, using CRM tools to support the full customer lifecycle
- Manage audience segmentation, incoming lead inquiries, marketing inbox, and mailing list management
- Analyse marketing program requirements and conduct gap analysis to determine the status of existing data
- Support the set-up of marketing automation software (including data, reporting, templates) and successful completion of projects and campaigns
- Effectively train staff on best practices of our systems and onboard new team members
- Work on optimising integrations between the CRM and other systems e.g. marketing automation platform
- Maintain the data integrity and quality of the platform
- Work with stakeholders to showcase return on investment through reporting and feedback
- In partnership with Head of Brand, Marketing and Communications be the marketing technology stack SME for Urbis (including Dynamics, Concep (marketing automation software), Webinar and events platforms.

**About You**:

- This position would suit someone who has a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, supporting a number of departments with a combination of the following competencies:_
- 3+ years of experience in Data Management and CRM Support in a similar role
- Tertiary qualified in Business / Marketing, Data Analytics or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Marketing Automation Experience (with Concep, Pardot, Marketo or similar)
- Experience with webinars and events platforms advantageous
- Strong data evaluation skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) - with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources and transform it into insights and recommendations
- Experience with analytics tools building reports that track and measure client activity (PowerBI knowledge advantageous)
- Experience in training and providing end user support
