Founded by individuals with track records of success (former LVMH-Champagne Krug, The Michelin Guide, Champagne Frèrejean Frères), French Bloom is a fast-growing start-up that has taken the place as global market leader for the super-premium category of alcohol-free sparkling wines. To continue its success and deliver its ambitious vision, French Bloom is recruiting a Sales and Marketing Manager for Melbourne, Australia.

An interesting position within a dynamic and international Maison, the Sales and Marketing Manager will report to the Export Director. Based on the company’s ambitious vision, you will be responsible growing, nurturing, and managing the Sales and Marketing strategies of French Bloom in Australia.

**Key responsibilities**:
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Managerto direct, control and coordinate the sales and marketing activities of French Bloom products in Australia. The key responsibilities include:

- Drive business growth through new and established sales and distribution channels;
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships in independent off-premise and on-premise accounts;
- Build a comprehensive marketing and public relations plan for French Bloom Australia, including key milestones and KPIs;
- Activate and promote the brand across a variety of events nationwide i.e. in-store activations, public and private masterclasses, retail events;
- Develop and scale French Bloom online presence in Australia;
- Develop accurate forecast of existing and new product lines using market intel;
- Provide regular activity reporting and feedback in line with sales plans and targets;
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of French Bloom Australia to ensure consistent operational execution in market;
- Manage the P&L and implementation of French Bloom Australia sales & marketing plan.

**Skill requirement**
- Bachelor degree in marketing, business management or related field;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing management roles;
- Wine industry knowledge and experience;
- Fluency in French and English - both written and oral;
- Strategic thinker and brand builder; and
- Be results-orientated.
