An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Marketing to join Brandbank Group. The Head of Marketing role will have overall responsibility for developing and maintaining the strategic framework of our Fashion / Lifestyle brands.

The role will own a marketing budget and, in partnership with Design, Merchandise and Retail, ensure a consistent brand message and customer experience.

The role will also identify, design and implement CRM strategies in line with brand priorities and provide strategic recommendations to improve / enhance the brand loyalty programs.

**THE ROLE**:

- Develop Brand Strategy
- Own and evolve brands marketing calendars
- Oversee the PR, events and social media calendar
- Work with marketing team & key internal stakeholders to oversee the various brand campaigns
- Develop and evolve the digital Marketing strategy
- Own and drive all customer-facing aspects of a new group loyalty program
- Identify, design and implement CRM strategies in line with brand priorities and provide strategic recommendations to improve / enhance the brand loyalty programs
- Develop the Group Analytics Roadmap to provide analysis on reactive/proactive marketing and identify market/customer insights to inform business decisions

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in a Marketing discipline
- Minimum 8 years in a similar role with extensive experience in Branding, PR, Advertising, Communications & Visual Merchandising
- Proven experience in designing, implementing and reviewing brand strategies that have delivered the desired outcomes within budgets
- Previous experience managing social media agencies & brand content
- Previous experience overseeing & executing major brand campaigns
- Exceptional communication, analytical, negotiation and written skills
- Depth of understanding of the national and international retailing landscapes
- Outstanding business acumen
