**What you will do**:

- Coordinate all communication and content to enhance the customer experience and stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Recommend and develop optimal plans for the delivery of campaigns, campaign format, and campaign platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate.
- Enhance customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and implement relevant CRM strategy.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when.
- Work closely with the acquisition team to maximise the growth of campaigns in the relevant market, as well as the company vision to launch into any new markets.
- Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our customer base.

**What you will bring**:

- Familiarity with customer lifecycle management within the online casino space.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and data analytics tools.
- Gambling and sports knowledge would be highly regarded.
- Retention marketing knowledge.
- Experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.

**Bonus points if you also have**:

- Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
- Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
