We are currently seeking a Full Time Front Office Guest Services Agent to join our successful team.

In this role you will report directly to the Front Office Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at front office assisting in coordinating housekeeping.

This role is a hands-on position with a strong focus on customer service and will require a driven individual.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Reception duties including guest check-ins and check-outs
- Liaising directly with Housekeeping ensuring the highest of standards be delivered.
- Effective allocation of rooms.
- Complaint handling
- Ensure safety of fellow staff and guests following company policy and procedure at all times
- Assist the Front Office Manager with rates and revenue targets
- Handling of reservations
- Assist in group reservations & accounts receivable.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- RSA certificate.
- Food and beverage experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- A willingness to learn and adopt new skills
- Experience with PROTEL Hotel Management System is advantageous but not essential
- Available to work week days and weekends including public holidays with a rotating roster.

Pay: From $47,500.00 per year
