We are on lookout for a **highly skilled leader and an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager or a Housekeeping Manager **to join our dynamic team and lead the housekeeping operations.

**Key responsibilities include...**
- Coordinate work activities of a Room Attendants to ensure high cleaning quality and ensure brand standards are followed in all hotel rooms.
- Coordinate duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action.
- May purchase housekeeping supplies and equipment, take periodic inventories, screen applicants, train new employees, and recommend dismissals.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports, weekly roster and log maintenance issues.
- Passionate and consistent, with excellent attention to detail
- Show proven effective and positive inter-departmental relationships with previous hotel teams, including General Manager, front office and Maintenance
- Demonstrated Leadership skills: lead the team from the front, drive performance and productivity
- Excellent staff management to drive performance excellence in quality and productivity including training, development, rostering, work allocation and performance improvement
- Strong Time management skills
- Accurate record keeping in relation to room counts/payroll & billing, and proven previous management of daily payroll to ensure compliance with the Hospitality Industry General Award
- Ability to maintain the standard operating procedures within the department and in accordance with client requirements
- Experience in leading workplace safety, adhering to policies of the client and Paramount Kleen Group. Assume responsibility and accountability for the health and safety of employees and for the working environment
- A demonstrated hands on approach within a 4 or 5 star Housekeeping Department conducting daily room inspections to ensure duties have been completed to meet service standards and guaranteed arrival times

**To be successful in this role, you will have...**
- Must have a minimum 1 - 2 years experience, within a 4-5 star hotel or serviced apartments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional knowledge of effective housekeeping cleaning methods and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills
- Available to work across a 7-day variable roster
- Attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude
- Adaptable, Team player & Excellent time management skills
- Keen to learn & Ability to communicate effectively
- High-standards of cleanliness
- Demonstrate hands on approach with team mates

**About You...**

You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to have positive involvement and interaction with both guests and the overall Hotel team.

Must be available Monday to Sunday with 6 to 7 hours daily on a rotating roster with Full working rights in Australia.

You must have at least a minimum of 5 days availability to work over a rotating roster.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
