FOH Event service officers (casuals) are now required for 33 Princess Street, St Albans Community Centre (STACC) and Bowery Theatre located in St Albans.
Based at the St Albans Community Centre (STACC) which incorporates the Bowery Theatre, these positions works within a small team with the primary purpose to provide excellent customer service in ushering, box office and function services in the venue's Front of House areas. To assist in maintaining a welcoming environment and a high level of friendly, efficient and excellent customer service for all visitors, patrons, hirers and stakeholders at the venue.

**Selection Criteria**
- Essential : Must have the ability to work in accordance with our values and behaviours.
- Essential : Must have demonstrated experience in or knowledge of theatre, cinema or arts venue / event management customer service, appropriate experience in the hospitality industry or facility administration
- Essential : Must have demonstrated experience in, and commitment to, high quality customer service, including the ability to communicate with a broad range of customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Essential : Must have a high level organizational skills and ability to manage a number of tasks concurrently
- Essential : Must have a high level of computer literacy particularly in relation to word-processing, booking systems such as Content Manager, Trybooking, IMS booking systems, desktop publishing and databases
- Essential : Must have a high level of spoken and general presentation skills
- Essential : Must be able to work irregular hours and extra hours (involves working weekends)
- Essential : Must have a current Working with Children Check; First Aid and CPR and a Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Desirable : A relevant second language Experience in safe crowd management practice Current driver’s license
