We pride ourselves in providing tailored solutions to various accounting, taxation and business advising needs. We are a bunch of fun loving and friendly people looking for another champion to join our team who strives to deliver an excellence in whatever she/he does.
**Roles and responsibilities**
- Front desk reception and telephone answering
- Managing Calendar
- Scanning, saving and copying the documents
- Accurate data entry
- Bank reconciliations
- Liaison with various government agencies such as ATO and ASIC
- Liaising with Clients and Accountants
- End to end accounts payable and receivable
**MUST**
- Exellent verbal and written communication skills
- Take responsibility for end to end task and demonstrates a high completion rate
- Proficient user of Outlook, Dropbox and MS Office (Excel, Outlook & Word)
- High Attention to detail
**Desirable**
- Intermediate knowledge of accounting softwares such as Xero and Quickbooks
