Night Reception Guest Service Agent

We are currently seeking a Part Time, Front Office Guest Service Agent (night shifts) to join our successful team.
In this role you will report directly to the Front Office Manager and will be responsible for the Overnight operations at front office assisting in coordinating housekeeping, and Food and Beverage.
This role is a hands-on position with a strong focus on customer service and will require a driven individual.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Reception duties including guest check-ins and check-outs
- Liaising directly with Housekeeping ensuring the highest of standards be delivered.
- Effective allocation of rooms.
- Complaint handling
- Ensure the safety of fellow staff and guests by following company policy and procedure at all times
- Assist with rates and revenue targets
- Handling of reservations
- Assist in group reservations
- Previous Night shift Front office experience within a hotel.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- RSA certificate.
- Food and beverage experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- A willingness to learn and adopt new skills
- Experience with Protel Hotel Management System is advantageous but not essential
- Available 11pm - 7am week days and weekends including public holidays.
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
- Certificate in Hospitality
Required experience:
- Hotel Front Desk: 1 year
Required license or certification:
- RSA
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
