**Role Overview**
We are currently working with multiple clients on Executive Assistant roles located in the CBD and Tonsley. These roles range from short term 6 week contracts to permanent positions, have varied salary ranges and all looking for immediate starts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Calendar management, including scheduling meetings, appointments, customer engagements, and travel arrangements
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the relevant parties
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team
- Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Transcribe, source material, prepare documents, reports, tables and charts and distribute as appropriate
- Receive, register and distribute mail and courier deliveries
- Maintain office equipment, replenish amenities and stationery supplies with adherence to purchasing policies
- Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs of key stakeholders
**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in a busy corporate environment, with the ability to show initiative and attention to detail
- Can work autonomously and within a team environment
- Ability to multi-task whilst ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- High level of understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
