**Your role**
An exciting opportunity exists in our Statutory Compensation Management group for an Executive Assistant. We are looking for someone with a good level of attention to detail, an ability to multi task and work autonomously in a busy team environment.
As a key addition to this team, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with barristers and chamber clerks and insurers/clients
- Diary management including organising meetings
- Preparing court books and briefs
- Drafting correspondence, document production and amendments including use of precedents
- Database management and coordination
- High volume file management including file opening and electronic filing
- General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and conducting searches as required
- Billing, reporting and general accounts
- Monitoring key dates such as advices, appeal dates
