HR Program Lead

Support the execution of key HR projects at Auto & General, Australia’s fastest-growing major Motor and Home insurer, with flexible hybrid work options.

**The Role**

This execution-focused role is ideal for an experienced human resources professional who enjoys driving delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As the HR Program Lead, you will be support the GM HR and their team in the delivery of a diverse range of HR projects across multiple areas.

We’re looking for someone with a generalist HR or Business Partnering experience, ideally with a background that includes experience across most or all of the following disciplines: ER, Business Partnering, Safety and Wellbeing and Talent Acquisition.

This is approximately a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension, offering a hybrid working arrangement (2 days from home).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse HR programs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.- Drive the delivery of HR initiatives aligned with organisational and HR objectives.- Support end-to-end execution of HR projects.- Provide leadership and support to team members to ensure consistent and effective program delivery.- Work closely with internal stakeholders to scope and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.- Contribute to the development of recruitment systems, including leveraging AI technologies to enhance recruitment.- Maintain project documentation and monitor risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

**Skills & Experience**
- Diverse HR experience including, Generalist HR / Business Partnering and some Centres of Excellence experience- Knowledge of IndustrialRelations- Exposure to recruitment/talent acquisition- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources- Ability to work well with different stakeholders and manage priorities- Strong organisational and communication skills- Comfortable working with HR systems and data- Adaptable and solutions-focused, with a practical mindset- Familiarity with project delivery or coordination

This role is available at any of our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast locations providing flexibility to choose the office that suits you. Our Toowong office is close to the city with easy public transport and parking options while our North Lakes offices are within walking distance of some of the north side’s best retail locations.
