**Purpose of the Role**
**Position Accountabilities**
- Coordinate employee experience events, including large in-house gatherings, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support events comprehensively, handling budgets, liaising with contractors and suppliers, logistics, registration, surveys, and communication materials.
- Own and administer the event booking system for registration and related activities.
- Design and implement communication strategies for events and programs.
- Administer the employee benefits program and coordinate reward and recognition initiatives.
- Manage merchandise and print production for events and initiatives.
- Support the employee experience lifecycle, including induction and campaigns.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing consultative support.
- Assist the Employee Experience Manager as needed across the portfolio. Adhere to workplace health & safety protocols and occasionally work out of hours for events and travel to various offices.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Qualifications in event management, marketing, communications, HR, business administration, or equivalent.
- Experience in events management and administration.
- Coordination and management experience in employee programs like reward and recognition, onboarding, and service milestones.
- Strong communication skills for diverse channels and audiences.
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills across all business levels.
- Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workplace, Slack, and event management tools like EventsAir.
- Familiarity with eDM software like CampaignMonitor. Understanding of employee/customer experience design principles is advantageous.
