HR Transaction Coordinator

**Purpose of the Role**

The HR Transaction Coordinator supports tasks related to the employee lifecycle. As part of the Payroll & People Systems team, they use their technical skills to handle queries and requests per company policies and legislation. This role, with high business exposure, supports employees and leaders to enhance the employee experience.

**Position Accountabilities**

**Service Delivery**:

- Maintain quality service in line with HR Contact model and Service Level Agreements.
- Ensure self-service information on the intranet is up-to-date and helpful.
- Provide initial or general interpretation of policies, procedures, or legislation.

**Process and Administer Employment Records**:

- Efficiently process high-volume transactions, including onboarding, employee movements, and flexible work requests in People Systems.
- Maintain high data quality and adherence to Service Level Agreements when processing employee documentation.
- Collaborate with People & Culture teams to ensure timely processing in line with Service Level Agreements and relevant legislation.
- Follow up with employees and leaders to ensure contracts and HR letters are signed and saved to employee profiles.
- Handle other ad hoc employee lifecycle processing tasks.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- General HR knowledge.
- Human Resources qualification (in progress or completed) is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy, proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with multiple clients.
- Demonstrated initiative and follow-through.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive approach to responsibilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Effective and collaborative teamwork skills.
