This role will be a professional Business Partner and a true consultant providing the highest level of service to our clients in the Construction space.

**Your day will look a little like**:

- Working closely with the People and Culture team on business strategy and projects
- Recruiting Senior Corporate, Project Manager and Design roles
- Making sure roles are prioritised across both Perm & Contract with the client
- Being the main point of contact for your clients
- Managing time frames and processes for recruiting roles with hiring managers
- P&L & budget management
- All other Adhoc duties

**Your experience will include**:

- Proven experience in an internal role dealing with high volume and multiple job roles
- Proven experience across the Construction/ engineering industry
- Driven attitude with excellent business acumen and strategic thinker
- Natural leader yet still hands-on with recruiting roles
- Experience with P&L, budgets and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder engagement & management
