The role is focussed on managing a Leadership and Talent (L&T) program portfolio, being a trusted partner and adviser on divisional leadership and talent needs, reviewing offerings to ensure they are fit for purpose, fit for future, and align to our firm and Capability, Leadership and Talent (CLT) functional strategic vision and core pillars.
The role is a mix of solution design, program and change management, partnering, relationship management and implementation.
- Own and manage a Leadership & Talent portfolio of work including the end-to-end design, deployment, associated budget.
- Leveraging learning and workforce data and analytics, partner across P&I to provide trusted advice and recommendations
- Contribute to the success of the entire Capability, Leadership & Talent Team
- Manage relationships and contractual requirements with nominated Vendors/suppliers

- Experience in leadership/executive development, learning and development and/or organisation development/talent management
- Demonstrated experience leading teams to
