We are seeking an HR Advisor (Talent Advisor) who will be based in Sydney and support the retail network in Australia. You will work in a wider Talent + Culture team and be a key contributor to the creation and maintenance of successful acquisition and retention processes across the Retail Channel.

You will drive effective attraction, recruitment, onboarding and developmental growth programs. You will

formulate and deliver exemplary programs and projects while completing generalist HR administration and providing specialist people management advice and support to the Retail Channel while honouring and protecting the brand.
- Create, drive and manage the Retail recruitment and selection process:

- Manage the onboarding and induction process:

- Set, maintain and review compliance standards across Retail:

- Provide support to Retail Leadership:

- Set, maintain and annually review best practice disciplinary action procedures:

- Manage end-to-end work cover claims process:

- Drive and manage the Performance Program across Retail
- Support monthly HR reports and insights on areas of expertise

To set you up for success in this role we envision you will bring |
- Completed degree in HR or similar qualification
- Experience in supporting an agency or in-house recruitment team
- End-to-end retail recruitment and selection management experience
- Experience in Talent Management and Talent Development
- An interest and understanding of HR best practice
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, Power-point
- Understanding of employment law, awards, agreement and interpretation
