We are a boutique commercial agency looking to expand in the new year. We have a strong focus on REAL people.
THE job:
We are looking for a self starter to assist with the admin tasks of the agency, including but not limited to:
- Manage talent bookings in talent management system.
- Follow up on outstanding paperwork from both talent and clients
- Forward booking info and callsheets to booked talent
- Advise accounts and lead talent booker when jobs can be invoiced
- Source & book photographer and studio for photo sessions
- Coordinate photographer, HMU and talent for photo days. Prepare runsheets, catering, crew requirements etc
- Coordinate and distribute final images
- Manage blog posts on website
- Manage social media posts
- Coffee and lunch runs
THE applicant:
- Self starter
- Highly organised
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Can work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines and can juggle multiple priorities
This role will be part time to start with, and will move to being full time in the new year with flexible WFH options.
