About the Role
Our client, a leading provider of Immigration advisory and workforce solutions, is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Talent Mobility to lead their international workforce and On-Hire Sponsorship programs. This is a pivotal leadership role, overseeing growth targets, operational excellence, and partnerships that shape the future of workforce mobility.
The Head of Talent Mobility will play a key role in developing and expanding the company's Talent Mobility Solutions, working closely with immigration experts and the Leadership Team. This position involves collaborating with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for clients' prospective employees relocating to Australia. By partnering with selected sourcing partners, the Head of Talent Mobility will support candidate sourcing and facilitate the seamless mobilisation of global talent into Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Impact: Deliver the 12-month business plan, budget, and growth targets for Talent Mobility & On-Hire Sponsorship.
- Partnership Development: Build and strengthen international partnerships with governments and private sector organisations to unlock new global talent pools.
- Operational Leadership: Drive operational excellence by implementing scalable systems, SOPs, and resource planning to deliver efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Program Delivery: Partner with our immigration team to design and deliver customised international workforce programs, including On-Hire Sponsorship solutions.
- Commercial Growth: Support business development initiatives, represent the company in client meetings, and expand our service offering.
- Industry Engagement: Represent the organisation at industry forums and events, building visibility and credibility across global mobility networks.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring operational efficiency and delivery of client outcomes.
- Risk & Compliance: Oversee compliance across immigration, legal, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring risk management and best-practice delivery.
Preferred Experience
- Extensive professional experience in global mobility, immigration, recruitment, or HR within the international mobility sector.
- Proven experience delivering international workforce programs.
- Strong background in operational excellence, including SOP development, scalable systems, and resource planning.
- Previous exposure to the labour hire or On-Hire Sponsorship industry.
- Experience representing a company in industry forums, events, or client engagements.

- End-to-end relocation support (immigration, legal, tax & compliance).
- Cost projections, budget ownership, and financial planning.
- Vendor and partner management.
- Stakeholder engagement and policy development.
- Data, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
