- Permanent full-time or 12-month contract, WFH 1 day per week
- Salary up to $90K plus Super (based on skills/experience)

**The Company**

Our client is a fast-growing tech specialist company based in Mascot, that is recognised as a leader within their field having won many industry awards.

**Position Description**

You will develop and implement the recruitment strategy to attract and retain talent at all levels within the company with a focus on serving as a brand ambassador, showcasing their company culture and values throughout the recruitment process.

**Duties and Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all interactions on our ATS system
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that prioritise hiring needs
- Reflect company culture in all interactions with internal and external parties

**Skills and Experience**:

- Relevant experience in recruitment or HR (minimum 3 + years)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Experience using recruitment systems (ATS, Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Tech recruitment experience advantageous
