We're partnering with a leading Big 4 consulting firm that is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support their high-performing Consulting division during a peak hiring period.

With over 100 new roles recently added to their recruitment dashboard, this is a critical hire to help manage increased volume and ensure a smooth end-of-year delivery.

You'll be joining a collaborative and fast-paced TA team, working alongside 2 permanent TA Partners and a couple of other temps.

THE ROLE

  • Partnering with hiring managers to take detailed job briefs
  • Confidently screening high-volume candidates across a variety of roles
  • Presenting strong shortlists and managing hiring manager expectations
  • Coordinating interviews and managing stakeholder communications
  • Negotiating offers and managing end-to-end contract processes

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in internal talent acquisition or recruitment within large, complex environments (ideally professional services or consulting)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Confidence managing high-volume recruitment cycles
  • Ability to hit the ground running and adapt quickly
  • Collaborative, positive attitude
