Our Sydney team is based in the heart of Barangaroo, in a vibrant, active, and social office. Longer term, there are opportunities for growth in different steams of the business, including recruitment, sales, business development, marketing and tech; but to start, this is a great opportunity to learn about the industry, and started supporting individuals into their dream careers.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
- Learn and portray the benefits of tech careers to potential grads
- Manage talent attraction campaigns
- Deliver webinars to give insight into the program and prospective career trajectories
- Learn about different types of tech roles and businesses to inform grads
- Qualify, organise, and manage interview processes from start to finish (Phone/Video)
- Continue to support once they’re a part of the program
- Provide feedback and updates to other areas of the business
- Organising and running events
